Raisin, the Berlin-based pan‑European wealth management fintech, has acquired Choice Financial Solutions (Choice FS), a U.S. and European fintech developer of deposit automation software. Equiteq advised Choice FS on the sale; Raisin will use Choice FS’s software and team to accelerate its U.S. market launch by licensing the technology to American banks to offer customizable deposit products.
