Palladium Equity Partners Creates Collision Auto Parts by Acquiring Three Aftermarket Distributors

Palladium Equity Partners, through its joint-venture affiliate Palladium Heritage, partnered with management to acquire and combine National Auto Parts, USA, Inc.; NAP San Diego, LLC; and National Auto Parts-Oakland, LLC into a new platform, Collision Auto Parts LLC. The combined business operates six distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, serving over 3,000 customers (regional body shops, MSOs and walk-ins) and will pursue further growth via new locations and add-on acquisitions.

Eagle Merchant Partners Invests in Puget Collision

Joe Hudson's Collision Center acquired four independent auto body shops — Millennium Paint & Body (Horn Lake, Mississippi), Lindley's Auto Body (McAlester, Oklahoma), Golden Collision (Little Rock, Arkansas) and Hourglass Collision (Tulsa, Oklahoma) — as part of its ongoing expansion across the Southeast. CollisionRight, the CenterOak Partners-backed regional multi-shop auto body operator, acquired three small regional operators: D's Paint & Body (three shops in Peoria, IL), Action Collision (three shops in Euclid, OH) and Severn Auto Body (three shops in Annapolis, MD). The add-on acquisitions expand CollisionRight's footprint (now more than 80 locations), add density in its existing Ohio and Maryland markets and represent entry into Illinois, bringing nearly 150 team members onto the platform.
