LaSalle Capital Acquires BOF Corporation

Midwest Growth Partners led a transaction to acquire Incorp Holdings, LLC, with subordinated debt and equity provided by NewSpring Mezzanine (NewSpring Capital), Parkway Capital (Calvert Street), Lowe Capital, Spring Capital, Pete Vrettakos, and Incorp's senior management team. Incorp, an Evansville, Indiana-based specialty contractor providing insulation, scaffolding and multi-craft industrial services, will use the proceeds to expand service lines and geographic coverage to support organic and acquisitive growth.

ATL Partners Acquires SkyMark and Rampmaster to Create Specialty Vehicle Equipment Platform

ATL Partners has acquired SkyMark Companies and Rampmaster and will combine the two businesses into a global specialty vehicle equipment platform focused on aviation refueling and ground support equipment. A&M Capital Strategic Investments completed a minority investment alongside ATL; both management teams will retain leadership roles and meaningful equity stakes in the combined company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
