(ATS), a cleanroom testing and certification services business based in Annapolis, Maryland. The acquisition expands TSS/TSH’s service capabilities and strengthens its national footprint in the northeastern United States, while ATS customers will gain access to a broader suite of testing, certification and calibration services.

TSS, headquartered in La Jolla, California, provides testing, inspection, certification and calibration services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare customers; LLCP intends to support further growth through strategic M&A and geographic expansion while CEO Brent Hart remains in place.
