Unified Women's Healthcare Partners with CCRM Fertility

Unified Women's Healthcare, a practice management platform backed by Altas Partners with investments from Ares-managed funds and Oak HC/FT, has entered into a definitive agreement to partner with CCRM Fertility. As part of the transaction (expected to close in July 2021), CCRM founder Dr. William Schoolcraft and CEO Jon Pardew will remain in leadership, and TA Associates will exit its stake; financial terms were not disclosed.
