KPMG has acquired ToMont Solutions, a Canadian Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and OBIEE consulting practice. The acquisition brings ToMont's EPM, OBIEE and cloud implementation capabilities and staff into KPMG's Advisory practice to enhance its Financial Management, ERP and finance-transformation offerings in Canada; ToMont's co‑founders and senior leaders will join KPMG's Advisory practice. 7 Mile Advisors acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to ToMont.
