Mimecast Acquires Aware to Bolster AI-Powered Human Risk Management

Mimecast has acquired Aware, an AI collaboration security platform headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, to expand its Human Risk Management (HRM) capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed; Aware was advised by Guggenheim Partners. The deal will integrate Aware’s AI models for collaboration tools into Mimecast’s HRM platform to improve insider-risk detection, compliance, and collaboration-channel protection.

Livingbridge Invests in TitanHQ

Livingbridge has made a growth investment in TitanHQ, a Galway-headquartered cloud security vendor that provides web filtering, email security and email archiving solutions to MSPs and businesses. The investment, made through Livingbridge's Enterprise 3 fund, will support product development, hiring and international growth while existing shareholders (including Oyster Technology Investments) retain a significant stake.

Redstor (Bregal Milestone) Acquires TitanHQ to Form CyberSentriq

Redstor, a portfolio company of private equity firm Bregal Milestone, has acquired TitanHQ from Livingbridge and merged the businesses to form CyberSentriq, an integrated cybersecurity and data protection platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The combined business aims to drive both organic and inorganic growth and target $100m ARR by 2028, leveraging complementary email/web security and cloud backup capabilities.

Livingbridge Invests in Quorum Cyber

SecurityBridge Acquires CyberSafe

SecurityBridge has acquired CyberSafe, a UK-based pioneer of MFA and SSO solutions for SAP, integrating CyberSafe's TrustBroker products into SecurityBridge's SAP-native cybersecurity platform to deliver contextual, passwordless MFA and enhanced authentication controls. The deal expands SecurityBridge's capabilities for SAP user authentication by adding policy-based MFA, step-up authentication, and SSO that respond to real-time threat signals across the SAP application layer.

The deal brings Cybersecurity Collaborative into CRA’s portfolio to expand its peer council/membership offerings and accelerate product and market expansion for CISOs across enterprise, government and healthcare organizations.
