Cressey & Company LP completed a recapitalization / growth-oriented investment in HHAeXchange, a Long Island City–based provider of SaaS homecare management software serving the Medicaid LTSS market. Prior shareholders McCarthy Capital and Martis Capital were the company's previous sponsors; the transaction was advised by Lincoln International and financed in part with debt provided to Cressey.

HHAeXchange Acquires Generations Homecare System

The deal strengthens HHAeXchange’s product capabilities, adds homecare technology talent, and expands its geographic footprint across additional U.S. states.

HHAeXchange Acquires Cashé Software

HHAeXchange has acquired Minnesota-based Cashé Software, combining two homecare-focused software platforms to expand capabilities in billing, compliance, EVV, and workforce management for Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS). The deal brings Cashé's customer base (400+ agencies) and its Pavillio platform into HHAeXchange; former Cashé president Praba Manivasager will lead the Cashé business unit within HHAeXchange.

The deal, which builds on HHAeXchange’s recent acquisitions and its backing by Cressey & Company, was announced October 3, 2024; financial terms were not disclosed. Editor notes indicate Sandata was an Accel-KKR portfolio company since 2019.

Home Care Pulse, headquartered in Rexburg, Idaho, provides satisfaction management, training, performance benchmarking, and eLearning solutions for the home care and post-acute markets and supports roughly 3,500 provider customers.

HHAeXchange Acquires Annkissam LLC

HHAeXchange has acquired Boston-based Annkissam LLC to combine capabilities and create a comprehensive SaaS platform serving Medicaid homecare and self-direction (HCBS) agencies, payers, and state programs. The deal expands HHAeXchange's product offering into state financial management service (FMS) and self-direction workflows and brings Annkissam's clients (supporting HCBS agencies in 38 states) onto the combined platform.
