Prosci, Inc., a Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company, acquired Belgian-based Nexum Group SRL (and its subsidiary CMC Partnership Global) to expand Prosci’s direct market presence across Europe and other regions. The deal brings Nexum’s change-management training, advisory and partner network into Prosci’s global platform and continues Prosci’s acquisition strategy under Leeds Equity ownership.
