Allurity, a Stockholm-based European cybersecurity group supported by investor Trill Impact, has acquired MSF Partners (Monti Stampa Furrer & Partners), an OT/ICS security specialist headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. The deal expands Allurity’s operational technology and critical-infrastructure security capabilities, strengthening its offering across energy, manufacturing, mining and other high-risk sectors.

Allurity Acquires French Cybersecurity Integrator Lyvoc
