Daikin Comfort Technologies North America (via Goodman Distribution, Inc.) closed the acquisition of CCOM Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries for $2.71 per share of common stock and convertible preferred stock. CCOM will operate as a wholly owned business unit within Daikin, maintaining its headquarters in Hawthorne, New Jersey.

Atlas Copco Group Acquires Hycomp Inc. Technology

Atlas Copco Group has acquired the high-pressure oil-free compressor technology of Hycomp Inc., integrating it into the Professional Air division within the Compressor Technique business area. Hycomp, a privately owned Utah manufacturer north of Salt Lake City with about 37 employees and roughly $8M in 2023 revenue, will expand Atlas Copco's product range and capabilities in oil-free high-pressure compressors.

The Arcticom Group Acquires Tomco Mechanical Corporation

Danfoss Acquires Palladio Compressors
