Agendrix, a Sherbrooke-based HR SaaS company, received a $4.2 million financing package provided equally by BDC Capital's Growth & Transition Capital division and Desjardins Capital consisting of equity and mezzanine debt. The investment enabled founder André Gauthier and smaller silent partners to withdraw and transferred control to five employee shareholders while the investors take a minority stake and join the board to support growth.

ICONIQ Capital Invests $40M Growth Round in Conexiom

Conexiom, a Vancouver-based SaaS provider of sales order and invoice automation, received a $40 million strategic growth investment from ICONIQ Capital, with existing investor Luminate Capital retaining a majority stake. The funding will be used to accelerate platform development, increase investment in machine learning and AI, extend the product beyond order and invoice automation, and expand Conexiom's global footprint.
