FLEETWASH has completed the acquisition of Krystal Klean, a Jacksonville-based building care company serving the Southeastern United States. Krystal Klean's founders Jeremy and Anthony Morgan will remain with FLEETWASH to oversee Southeast operations and join its merger & acquisition team as the business leverages Fleetwash's national platform and resources.

Krystal Klean, a subsidiary of FLEETWASH, has acquired Window Doctors of Brunswick, Georgia — a 30-year-old family-run window and exterior-cleaning business that serves more than 2,000 customers across St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll Island and Brunswick. The acquisition expands Krystal Klean's Southeast capabilities by adding solar-panel cleaning, window cleaning, stain removal and gutter cleaning services; owners Jim and Nancy Catlett will remain with the business.

ACON Investments Acquires Fleetwash from DFW Capital Partners

DFW Capital Partners has sold its portfolio company Fleetwash Holdings, Inc. to an affiliate of ACON Investments. Fleetwash, a New Jersey–based provider of mobile power washing and facility washing services with a national footprint and over 10,000 customers, will remain led by co-founder and CEO Vito DiGiovanni and the existing management team, who have reinvested in the business.

Clean Streak Ventures Acquires Bay Breeze Car Wash (7 locations)

Clean Streak Ventures, an express car wash platform headquartered in Orlando, acquired seven Bay Breeze Car Wash and Lube sites in the Tampa Bay area. The deal expands Clean Streak's Florida platform to 17 locations across Tampa Bay, Orlando and Naples; the seller was former owner Keith Feltner and Clean Streak said it intends to retain employees and invest in the locations.

The deal increases Clean Streak's site count to 22 and adds density to its Orlando footprint as part of its acquisition-driven growth strategy.
