The deal (closed November 21, 2025) expands Energy Overwatch’s ability to provide unified regulatory management, emissions monitoring, and real‑time operational intelligence to upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas operators.

Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires SPL from Industrial Growth Partners

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired SPL, a Houston-based testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services provider for energy and environmental markets, in a transaction that closed April 7–8, 2022. The acquisition purchases SPL from Industrial Growth Partners (with management having been a prior co-investor) and positions SPL as a platform to accelerate organic growth and add-on acquisitions across energy, environmental, and international end markets.

LFM Capital Invests in SESCO to Expand Electric Grid Reliability Platform

(SESCO), bringing the Fort Wayne, Indiana-based supplier of power transformer installation and maintenance equipment into its electric grid reliability platform.
