Cary Medical Management (CMM) has acquired Managing Care Solutions (MCS), a physician-led care management services provider that delivers non-face-to-face chronic care management using standardized protocols and embedded technology. CMM will deploy MCS's Team Based Care Management protocols and Smartlink Health–integrated platform across its managed primary care clinics to improve outcomes, reduce provider workload, and lower cost of care for Medicare and other vulnerable patient populations.
