Martin Braun-Gruppe has acquired Hoff's Bakery, a family-owned frozen bakery producer based in Malden, Massachusetts, marking the group's first entry into the U.S. market and strengthening its Frozen Bakery Division. Hoff's Bakery — known for frozen fully finished cakes and desserts and employing around 150 people — will be led by Nicole Paparian, daughter of the founder, who will remain as CEO.
