RANDYS Worldwide Acquires BulletProof Hitches

RANDYS Worldwide has acquired BulletProof Hitches, a Bradenton, Florida-based manufacturer of heavy-duty trailer hitches and towing accessories. The acquisition expands RANDYS’ product portfolio into towing solutions and will allow BulletProof Hitches to continue operating from its Bradenton headquarters while leveraging RANDYS’ supply chain, distribution and engineering capabilities.

Greenbriar Equity Group Majority Recapitalizes RANDYS Worldwide

Funds managed by Greenbriar Equity Group completed a majority recapitalization of RANDYS Worldwide Automotive, with existing investor Tailwind Capital and management reinvesting and Tailwind retaining an equity stake. The transaction will support RANDYS' accelerated growth plans—including new technology, expanded product development, and selective add-on acquisitions—while CEO Kevin Kaestner remains in place at the company's Everett, Washington headquarters.

Blue Compass RV Acquires Airstream of Virginia

Blue Compass RV, a national RV retail group, has acquired Airstream of Virginia and will build a new flagship exclusive Airstream dealership in Richmond, Virginia. The deal expands Blue Compass’s Airstream footprint (its 7th dedicated Airstream dealership and 14th Airstream location overall) and moves Airstream of Virginia to a new interim location in Woodford, VA pending a new facility opening in early 2027.
