The deal is ASAP's seventh add-on and is intended to expand ASAP's direct-to-consumer eCommerce presence and website capabilities; TractorJoe's founder/owners will remain involved in the combined business.

The deal, financed by Maranon Capital, is ASAP's eighth add-on and aims to expand ASAP's online presence and parts offering while retaining former owner Kimberly Pratt in an executive/operational role.

D&H United Acquires Kubat Equipment & Service Co.

D&H United Fueling Solutions, a KLH Capital–backed provider of petroleum fueling and EV charging equipment and services, has acquired Kubat Equipment & Service Co., a Denver-based turnkey supplier of retail fueling, automotive and carwash equipment. The deal expands D&H United’s geographic footprint in the Mountain West, increases recurring revenue and adds carwash parts and supplies to its product and service offering; Kubat’s president Craig Hoyer will become VP, Colorado and Mountain West Operations.

Schneider Acquires deBoer Transportation

Schneider has acquired Wisconsin-based regional carrier deBoer Transportation and will integrate its drivers and equipment to bolster Schneider’s Dedicated and Power Only operations. As part of the deal Schneider assumed ownership of roughly 160 tractors and 660 trailers; deBoer’s Blenker facility and a Dallas-area maintenance shop were excluded from the sale.

Kubota North America Corporation Acquires Bloomfield Robotics, Inc.

Kubota North America Corporation, a subsidiary of Kubota Corporation, has acquired Bloomfield Robotics, a Pittsburgh-based agritech company that uses advanced imaging and AI to monitor plant-level health for specialty crops. The acquisition adds Bloomfield's camera hardware and SaaS analytics capabilities to Kubota's smart agriculture strategy, accelerating its offering for specialty crop growers (grapes, blueberries, tree nuts) and enabling tighter integration with farm equipment.

Traube Tent Co., a St. Louis‑area full‑service tent and structure provider, has acquired the key manufacturing assets and product lines of Armbruster Tentmaker of Springfield, Illinois. Traube said it will continue Armbruster's 149‑year legacy, begin offering Armbruster product lines in mid‑2024, and has added Hellar Armbruster to its executive leadership team.
