Epicor Software Corporation has acquired Solenium Group Inc. and its sister company Visual SKUs Inc., long-standing Epicor partners and providers of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions for the Automotive Aftermarket. The dual acquisition strengthens Epicor's catalog and e-commerce offerings for the automotive aftermarket; financial terms were not disclosed, and Schwartz Advisors served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Solenium Group.

Leonard Green & Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ECI Software Solutions

Leonard Green & Partners will acquire a majority stake in ECI Software Solutions from funds advised by Apax Partners and The Carlyle Group; financial terms were not disclosed. Funds advised by Apax Partners will retain a minority stake. ECI is a Fort Worth, Texas–based provider of cloud-based ERP and vertical-market SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses, with ~1,700 employees and more than 22,000 customers.

Excel Services Corporation acquired IEPSON Consulting Enterprises, Inc. (effective Aug. 1, 2023) to expand its licensing, regulatory and engineering services to the nuclear industry. Pelican Energy Partners provided equity financing to Excel and will be a passive equity holder to support Excel's growth and future acquisitions while Excel's leadership remains in place.
