Linley & Simpson Acquires Lewis Wadsworth and Sheffield Residential Rental Portfolios

Leeds-headquartered Linley & Simpson has acquired the rental portfolios of two Sheffield-based independent agencies, Lewis Wadsworth and Sheffield Residential, transferring about 750 homes into its management. MML Capital Partners Exits Lomond (sold to LDC-backed Linley & Simpson)
