Hutchinson Traylor has acquired the assets and customer contracts of Insurance Group of the Southeast, a Woodstock, Georgia-based independent insurance agency, effective February 1. The Insurance Group of the Southeast personnel will join Hutchinson Traylor and the combined business will operate under the Hutchinson Traylor brand, expanding Hutchinson Traylor's commercial P&C capabilities and expertise in the senior living/memory care niche.
