Valicor Environmental Services, a Pritzker Private Capital-backed provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment, has acquired EnviroSolids, LLC, a Dearborn, Michigan-based waste processing and recycling company. The acquisition is an add-on to Valicor's platform that expands its Midwest footprint and strengthens its non-hazardous waste treatment, solidification and recycling capabilities.

Univar Solutions Acquires Valley Solvents & Chemicals

Univar Solutions has acquired Valley Solvents & Chemicals and certain affiliates, a long-time regional distributor of solvents and inorganics that also provides custom blending and waste management services in the Texas and Gulf Coast region. The deal expands Univar's North America chemical distribution footprint and strengthens its environmental services (ChemCare) capabilities across Texas, the Gulf Coast and northern Mexico.

Meridian Adhesives Group Acquires E-Chem

Solenis Acquires CedarChem LLC

CedarChem, headquartered in Cedartown, Georgia, supplies water and wastewater treatment products to industrial and municipal customers in the southeastern United States; the deal expands Solenis' product and service capabilities and regional go-to-market presence.

Maroon Group Acquires Holland Chemicals

LSC Environmental Products Acquires Benzaco Scientific, Inc.

Ancor Capital Partners portfolio company LSC Environmental Products, LLC has acquired Benzaco Scientific, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based manufacturer of natural odor-control compounds and delivery systems. The deal expands LSC's solutions portfolio in the solid waste, oil & gas and remediation markets, brings Benzaco's team into LSC's organization, and retains Benzaco's product lines, including the Odor-Armor family; terms were not disclosed.
