The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands Seacoast's footprint in Florida and brings the Shamrock team and customers into the SSP platform.

Wind River Environmental Acquires Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Services

Wind River Environmental, backed by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Services, a full-service grease trap, septic, drain cleaning and plumbing operator based in Stuart, Florida. The acquisition (an add-on) expands Wind River's footprint and capabilities in Southeast Florida; Cooke's has more than 30 employees and serves residential and commercial customers across Martin and Saint-Lucie counties.

Wind River Environmental, a Marlborough, Massachusetts–based waste and septic services platform, has acquired Skyline Plumbing and Septic, Inc., a Hiram, Georgia–based provider of septic pumping, plumbing and drain cleaning services. The acquisition expands Wind River's footprint in the Atlanta market and follows its 2018 Hamby's acquisition, supporting geographic expansion and local service consolidation; Skyline's founder Chris Batchelor is retiring as part of the transaction.

The acquisition expands LES's non-hazardous wastewater customer base and service footprint in the Pacific Northwest; terms were not disclosed. LES is backed by Audax Private Equity.
