Waystar Acquires eSolutions to Add Medicare-Focused Revenue Cycle Capabilities

Francisco Partners Recapitalizes eSolutions

Francisco Partners has agreed to recapitalize eSolutions, a Minneapolis-based provider of healthcare revenue cycle management SaaS and analytics. TripleTree advised eSolutions (and selling investor WestView Capital Partners) on the transaction, which is expected to close in Q1 2015 and will support eSolutions’ growth and expansion of analytics and payment enablement capabilities.

R1 RCM Acquires SCI Solutions

R1 RCM Inc. completed the acquisition of SCI Solutions, a provider of digital patient access and engagement software, to expand its technology-enabled revenue cycle and patient intake capabilities. The deal (announced Jan 2020, closed Apr 2020) brings SCI’s EHR-agnostic care coordination marketplace and digital “front door” offerings into R1’s platform, and was previously owned by investors including The Wicks Group, NEA and Columbia Pacific.

Accenture Acquires Clarity Insights from RLH Equity Partners

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Clarity Insights, a Chicago-based data analytics consulting firm and portfolio company of RLH Equity Partners. Clarity, which has over 300 team members and serves enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services and insurance, will bolster Accenture's AI and data analytics capabilities in North America; terms were not disclosed.

Kelly Services Acquires Insight Workforce Solutions

The acquisition, terms undisclosed, will merge Insight with Kelly Education to expand Kelly's K-12 education staffing footprint and capabilities across several states.

Home Care Pulse Acquires Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight

Home Care Pulse (HCP), with support from healthcare-focused private equity firm Cressey & Company, acquired Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight to expand its post-acute care experience management, training, and reputation management platform. The transactions bring additional survey, benchmarking, and eLearning capabilities into HCP's Care Intelligence platform and are being integrated under the Activated Insights brand.
