Integrated Power Services (IPS), a Greenville, South Carolina-based provider of electromechanical and power management services, acquired Tram Electric, Inc., a Price, Utah-based electromechanical repair and remanufacturing company, effective April 1, 2025. The deal expands IPS's electromechanical and power management service network across the western United States and adds Tram Electric's four-location service footprint and remanufacturing capabilities to IPS's nationwide platform.

IPS, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, is an industrial aftermarket services provider for motors, generators, pumps and power systems across industrial and renewable energy end-markets; the deal is expected to close later this year subject to customary regulatory approvals.
