The acquisition expands IMA’s national footprint and payer-focused behavioral health capabilities; PsyBar will continue to operate under its current name with existing leadership retained. Millennium Physician Group Acquires IMA Medical Group

IMA contributes 53 providers across 17 practices and more than 22,000 Medicare Advantage members; Guggenheim Securities served as financial advisor to IMA and Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal counsel to Millennium.
