The deal transitions ownership from longtime co-CEOs McGhee Osse and Fay Ferguson and names Tara DeVeaux as incoming CEO, with Johnson set to serve as Chairman as the new owners invest to grow the agency's capabilities and reach.

Parking Management Company Acquires ParkPoolr
