American Trust Company, a subsidiary of EdgeCo Holdings, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Denver-based LT Trust Company, a national retirement plan provider and recordkeeper. The deal (subject to regulatory approvals) will add talent and technology to American Trust, expand its institutional outsourcing capabilities, and increase its presence in the Midwest and Western U.S.; LT Trust’s ~100 employees will join American Trust upon closing.

AmTrust Acquires DUAL North America's Middle Market Management Liability Practice
