Chicago-based UPG Enterprises LLC has completed the acquisition of Lex Holding Co., which includes Lexington Steel Corp. and its affiliated logistics arm Douglass Logistics Inc. The deal expands UPG's Midwest metals service center footprint and enhances its flat-roll processing, logistics and distribution capabilities across additional states.
