North Haven Thai Private Equity L.P., a fund managed by Morgan Stanley, has made an undisclosed minority investment in SAFE Fertility Centre Co., Ltd, Thailand’s second-largest fertility clinic operator. The capital will support the company’s expansion initiatives—SAFE operates four clinics (opening a fifth) and serves international patients across the region, and will work with the fund on growth and potential regional expansion.
