New York–based Fairdinkum Consulting has acquired Warren Systems Group (WSG) in a strategic acquisition advised by Cogent Growth Partners. The deal—Fairdinkum’s first acquisition—adds WSG’s cybersecurity, cloud, disaster recovery and managed IT capabilities to Fairdinkum’s engineering-driven MSP platform to accelerate growth and streamline operations in New York City and nationally.
