Bow River Capital Makes Majority Recapitalization Investment in HRSoft

Bow River Capital's Software Growth Equity team has made a majority-controlled recapitalization investment in HRSoft to accelerate the build-out of its full HCM application suite, scale operational infrastructure, and support profitable growth. As part of the transaction, Bow River fund managers John Raeder, Maitlan Cramer, and Sean O'Connell joined HRSoft's board; CIBC Innovation Banking provided debt financing and JMP Securities served as exclusive financial advisor to HRSoft.
