Mt. Royal Printing Acquires Spectrum Printing and Shuman Heritage Printing

Baltimore-based Mt. Royal Printing completed tuck-in acquisitions of two Pennsylvania commercial printers: Spectrum Printing, Inc. (East Petersburg) and Shuman Heritage Printing Co., LLC (York). The add-ons expand Mt. Royal’s fulfillment and printing capacity, broaden its end-market mix (corporate/food-service plus education/nonprofit/associations) and mark its first expansion outside the greater Maryland/Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia region.

East West Manufacturing Acquires Eastprint Incorporated

East West Manufacturing, an integrated design, engineering and electronics manufacturing services provider based in Atlanta, has acquired Eastprint Incorporated, a North Andover, Massachusetts printed-electronics and HMI specialist. The acquisition expands East West’s capabilities in printed electronics, membrane switches, IML/IMD overlays, biosensors and wearables and strengthens its presence in Massachusetts and Mexico; terms were not disclosed.

WBM Technologies Acquires PrinterWorks West

Mill Rock Packaging Acquires Woodland Packaging and Laminating Assets from Everett Graphics

(a portfolio company of Mill Rock Capital) acquired the packaging and laminating assets located in Woodland, California from Everett Graphics and entered a long-term supply agreement with Everett. The acquisition expands Mill Rock Packaging’s West Coast capacity and large-format printing and laminating capabilities while supporting Everett’s sustainable tray business focused on single-use plastic replacement.
