Allied Universal has acquired three security firms — International Protective Service Agency (New York, NY), CQB Beveiliging B.V. (Eindhoven, Netherlands) and Kronjyllands Vagtservice A/S (Denmark) — expanding its patrol, response and event security capabilities across North America and Europe. The largest deal, IPSA, brings roughly 350 employees into Allied Universal; the European tuck-ins will bolster scale and density for Allied Universal’s international business, G4S.

Allied Universal (MSA Security) Acquires Elite Tactical Security Solutions

Allied Universal, through its MSA Security business, has acquired Elite Tactical Security Solutions to expand its security and canine-detection capabilities in the Las Vegas market. Elite Tactical’s 40 security professionals and 10 canine detection teams — along with an ATF-licensed canine training center in Henderson, Nevada — will be integrated into Allied Universal/MSA Security operations to support hospitality, events and commercial venue clients.

Allied Universal, through its subsidiary G4S Secure Solutions (Barbados) Limited, announced the proposed acquisition of the assets of J E Security Systems & Services Inc., a St. Thomas, Barbados-based provider of electronic security, patrol and response services. The deal, expected to close in Q1 2024, expands Allied Universal's presence and technology capabilities in Barbados and the wider English Caribbean.

Allied Universal Acquires Century Event Security & Staffing

Allied Universal has acquired Century Event Security & Staffing, an Orlando-based provider of event security and staffing services, to expand its event services footprint in Orlando and Las Vegas. The acquisition provides Allied Universal with additional operations and access to several thousand event staff to support major exhibitions and conventions in these key markets.
