Quilvest and Crédit Mutuel Equity Acquire Majority Stake in Solem

Quilvest Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in French IoT device maker Solem, with CEO Frédéric Comte reinvesting significantly and Bpifrance taking a minority stake. Quilvest said it will support Solem's growth both organically and via acquisitions as the company expands its telecare, irrigation and pool connected-device businesses.
