Xalles Holdings Inc. has executed an agreement to acquire InnovationsHR, Inc., making the Texas-based PEO a wholly owned subsidiary of Xalles Financial Services Inc. The acquisition gives Xalles a foothold in the U.S. healthcare financial ecosystem through InnovationsHR's PEO capabilities and affiliated MSO/TPA and insurance agency relationships.
