Aryza Group, a Pollen Street Capital-backed loan and insolvency software group, has acquired Oyster Bay Systems, an end-to-end loan and lease management software provider headquartered in Swansea, United Kingdom. The acquisition expands Aryza's loan management capabilities and client reach across the UK and Europe, and will allow Oyster Bay to leverage Aryza's product development and distribution channels.

Performance Food Group Acquires Orion Food Systems from One Rock Capital Partners

Performance Food Group, Inc. (through an affiliate) has acquired Orion Food Systems Holdings, LLC (OLM), a manufacturer and distributor of pizza, sandwiches, breakfast and snack solutions for the convenience-store foodservice channel. One Rock Capital Partners sold its portfolio company OLM to PFG; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands PFG's foodservice capabilities and presence in the convenience-store channel.
