Cinven to Acquire International Financial Group Limited (IFGL)

Cinven, the international private equity firm, has reached an agreement to acquire International Financial Group Limited (IFGL), a life insurer headquartered in the Isle of Man that administers £19 billion of assets and employs more than 550 people. IFGL operates the RL360, Ardan International and Friends Provident International brands; financial terms were not disclosed and Cinven said it plans to support IFGL's buy-and-build strategy, product expansion and international growth.

Wealth Enhancement has acquired FPG Private Wealth, a hybrid RIA with locations in Carmel and Lafayette, Indiana that oversees more than $532 million in client assets. The deal, which closed November 30, 2025, expands Wealth Enhancement’s Midwest footprint and marks its first office presence in the greater Indianapolis market, increasing the firm's total client assets to more than $127.8 billion.

Specialty Program Group LLC (SPG), a Summit, New Jersey–based holding company for specialty insurance brokerages and underwriting facilities, has acquired the assets of CM&F Group, a digital provider of healthcare professional liability insurance. The deal is intended to expand SPG's digital insurance capabilities and distribution in specialty healthcare markets while providing CM&F with operational support and access to additional markets.
