DWS Leads Growth Equity Investment in DataLink Software

DataLink Software, a Tampa-based provider of population health management software, received a growth equity investment from an investor group led by DWS's private equity business, with existing investor Revelstoke Capital Partners continuing as an investor. The capital, together with a senior secured credit facility arranged by Varagon Capital Partners (with participation from Comvest Partners and BC Partners Credit), will be used to bolster provider engagement services and pursue strategic M&A to expand product capabilities and market reach.

Datavant Acquires Health Data Link
