London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has signed an agreement to acquire MayStreet, a provider of global low-latency market data and technology. The acquisition expands LSEG's Enterprise Data Solutions capabilities across the latency spectrum to strengthen real-time feeds and front-office data offerings; the deal is expected to close in H1 2022 and financial terms were not disclosed.

LSEG to Acquire Acadia to Enhance Post Trade Offering

ALL4 Acquires Tora Consulting

The deal adds Tora’s ~15 environmental professionals and expands ALL4’s capabilities in air quality, permitting, and regulatory compliance while broadening its national footprint.

S&P Global Acquires TeraHelix

The deal broadens TT's offering across fixed income derivatives and U.S. Treasuries, integrating AxeTrading's pricing, quoting and execution capabilities into TT's global platform; terms were not disclosed.
