ZEDRA has acquired BFCS, the fund and corporate services division of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), subject to regulatory approval from Luxembourg's CSSF (now completed according to subsequent release). The deal expands ZEDRA's fund administration and related corporate services capabilities in Luxembourg and brings BFCS staff and clients into ZEDRA's existing Luxembourg operation.
