Silverline, a New York–based Salesforce-focused digital transformation consultancy backed by Pamlico Capital, has acquired Shift CRM, a Toronto-based Salesforce partner specializing in media and entertainment. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Silverline's industry capabilities and geographic reach while folding Shift CRM's team into Silverline's operations under the Silverline brand.
