Bunzl plc Acquires Four Regional Distributors in US, Colombia, Canada and France

Bunzl plc has agreed to acquire four distribution businesses: International Sourcing Company, Inc. (trading as Cordova Safety Products) in Memphis, US; Importadores Exportadores Solmaq SAS in Bogotá, Colombia; GF, Inc. in Calgary, Canada; and Ligne T SAS in Montauban, France. The deals extend Bunzl’s safety and industrial distribution footprint across North America, South America and Europe and deepen its capabilities in PPE, workwear and industrial packaging distribution.
