The deal expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s West Coast presence, adding Equius’ team of seven advisors and five support staff and increasing its footprint in Northern California.

Avantax Acquires Integrated Tax & Wealth Strategies’ $760M Wealth Management Business

The founder, Brian Stephens, will continue with the tax practice while the wealth team joined Avantax as W-2 investment adviser representatives to deepen Avantax’s tax‑focused wealth management capabilities and expand AUM.

Exencial Wealth Advisors Acquires Weinheimer Wealth Management

Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires Western International Securities

The deal expands Atria's advisor affiliation models (including a turnkey branch solution) and increases its scale to serve nearly 2,500 advisors with about $75 billion of AUA across five broker-dealers.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Investor Solutions (Miami RIA)

Wealth Enhancement Group announced the acquisition of Investor Solutions, a Miami-based independent RIA that oversees $1.1 billion in client assets and includes six financial advisors. The deal gives Wealth Enhancement Group its first South Florida office, will push its total client assets to roughly $40 billion, and is expected to close in October 2021 (terms not disclosed).
