TA Associates Makes Growth Investment in Riskonnect; Thoma Bravo Retains Stake

The deal brings Castellan’s ~130 employees and 750+ customers into Riskonnect, expanding Riskonnect’s IRM platform with business continuity and resilience capabilities; Resurgens Technology Partners sold Castellan and will remain an investor in the combined company.
