Caltius Equity Partners portfolio company Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions (ACIS) has acquired H.V.A.C. Team Mechanical Services (Team Services), expanding ACIS's geographic footprint into the Austin, Texas MSA. The acquisition adds Team Services' HVAC maintenance and service capabilities to the ACIS platform and enables the introduction of plumbing services to Team Services' customers.

Soundcore Capital Partners (via ACI Holdings) Acquires ACS Asphalt Concrete Solutions

Soundcore Capital Partners, through its ACI Holdings Group platform, acquired ACS Asphalt Concrete Solutions and combined it with previously acquired ACI Asphalt & Concrete to create a larger commercial paving platform in the Minneapolis / Upper Midwest market. O2 Sponsor Finance (a division of Old Second National Bank) acted as administrative agent and lead arranger on more than $44 million of senior secured financing to support Soundcore’s acquisitions; Old National Bank and Northstar Capital provided additional financing and subordinated debt. Terms were not disclosed.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity firm, acquired Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc. (ACS), a Georgia-based HVAC service provider with locations in Milledgeville and Covington. The transaction closed on August 31, 2021 (terms undisclosed); Hidden Harbor said it will support ACS’s growth and expansion of service offerings across Georgia and the southeastern United States.

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), a Fort Worth-based provider of abatement, decontamination and remediation services, from O2 Investment Partners. Sun Capital said it will apply its industrial and buy-and-build expertise to accelerate EIS's growth, expand service capabilities and capitalize on growing demand for environmental safety and infrastructure remediation.
