Lightpath Acquires Cambridge Network Solutions, Hub Fiber Assets and Local Provider to Enter Boston Market

Lightpath announced three concurrent acquisitions to establish an all-fiber, enterprise-grade presence in the Greater Boston area: the purchase of Cambridge Network Solutions (CNS), a second local connectivity provider (unnamed), and the acquisition of fiber network assets from Hub Fiber. The deals add over 80 route miles of fiber serving more than 100 locations (including 12 data centers) and connect Lightpath’s new Boston footprint to its NY Metro network.

LightEdge Acquires NFINIT

Lightpath Acquires WANRack's Phoenix Network Assets

Lightpath has acquired WANRack’s network assets and customers in Phoenix, Arizona, adding 133 miles of fiber and bringing Lightpath’s Phoenix footprint to 363 miles. The deal expands Lightpath’s presence in the Phoenix market as it builds a 230-mile network; WANRack is majority‑owned by CBRE Investment Management and is headquartered in the Kansas City metro area.

Amplix Acquires Twin Lights Group

Terms were not disclosed; the deal brings Twin Lights’ advisory capabilities and ~140 enterprise and SMB customers onto the Amplix platform as an add-on to expand its IT advisory and infrastructure services.
