Davies has acquired Premier Claims Management (PCM), a Santa Ana, California-based provider of professional and general liability claims services. The deal brings Marilyn Bonetati and more than 40 PCM colleagues (including 16 coverage attorneys) into Davies’ North American claims operations and strengthens Davies’ claims handling capabilities for the Lloyd’s market across the U.S. and parts of Canada.

Rising Medical Solutions Acquires Preferred Disability Management

The deal adds TriPlus’s claims, policy administration, actuarial and consulting capabilities to Davies’ US Claims Solutions business as part of Davies’ North American expansion plans; TriPlus CEO Peter Lucas will continue to lead the business and its 200+ employees will join Davies.

GMSS Holdings Acquires DDP Medical Supply
