Diversified Search Acquires Storbeck Search and Associates

Diversified Search, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Storbeck Search and Associates, a retained executive search firm headquartered in Media, Pennsylvania that specializes in higher education. The deal is the third add-on acquisition for Diversified Search since ShoreView's investment twelve months ago and further builds the firm's higher education recruiting capabilities.

Shortly after the investment, Diversified Search completed the acquisition of Koya Leadership Partners, a Newburyport, Massachusetts-based retained executive search firm focused on non-profit and higher education clients.

MentorcliQ Acquires Diverst

MentorcliQ, a Columbus-based employee mentoring software leader, has acquired Diverst, a Montreal-based ERG (Employee Resource Group) management software pioneer founded by Andre Laurin and Toki Toguri. The acquisition brings ERG management and mentoring together under MentorcliQ to expand its DEI product capabilities and streamline customers' HR technology stacks; Diverst will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. This is MentorcliQ's first acquisition since receiving an $80 million growth investment from PSG earlier in 2023.

Citrin Cooperman Acquires Clearview Group

Citrin Cooperman has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Baltimore-based Clearview Group, including its affiliated licensed CPA firm. The deal brings Clearview's 10 partners and over 150 professionals into Citrin Cooperman, enhancing the firm's risk advisory, state and local tax, and technology implementation capabilities while strengthening its Mid-Atlantic presence.

Corgan Acquires Cooper Robertson
