Trading Technologies (TT) acquired London-based AxeTrading, a provider of fixed income trading solutions, to expand TT's multi-asset SaaS platform into corporate, government, municipal and emerging market bonds as well as OTC interest rate swaps. The deal broadens TT's offering across fixed income derivatives and U.S. Treasuries, integrating AxeTrading's pricing, quoting and execution capabilities into TT's global platform; terms were not disclosed.

GTreasury Acquires Hedge Trackers

Seceon Acquires Helixera

Seceon has acquired Helixera, a developer of a real-time pattern scanning engine for distributed big-data analysis, and hired Helixera founder Waldek Mikolajczyk as VP of Cybersecurity Solutions Architecture. The acquisition integrates Helixera's edge-capable analytics into Seceon's AI/ML-powered aiSIEM, aiXDR and aiMSSP security platform to expand real-time threat detection and response capabilities.
